Preparation Details:
On average, each serving requires approximately 1 cup of water.
While hot water speeds up reconstitution, it's not mandatory. Heaven's Harvest foods can be prepared with water at any temperature, but hot water rehydrates them in about 15 minutes.
Preparing is simple: Open the food pouch, remove the oxygen absorber, add water, allow time to rehydrate, and serve.
Detailed instructions are available on the back of each pouch.
Important Note:
The 3 Month Breakfast Kit is not a complete 3 months' worth of food on its own.
It must be paired with a Survival Entrèe Kit and a Protein Booster Kit to provide a complete and balanced diet.
For a complete 3 months' worth of food, consider our 3 Month Survival Combo Kit.
I had an alternate steak sent to me, where I added lemon juice and garlic with water to rehydrate. Then tenderized and made chicken fried steak, where it’s been years so it was very good.
