This is very tasty butter, best eaten at room temperature. Reminds me of the fresh butter I had as a kid, and bonus- this is shelf stable.
Bought the soup variety pk. They will be handy anytime they are needed. Just whip up some home made bread and you have a meal. I have not opened the containers rather put up for storage for later.
