Dosage:
The recommended dose of potassium iodide is 130 mg for adults and children over 12 years of age. Children 3 to 12 years of age should take (1/2) tablets(65 mg).

I've tried other egg powders and this one is by far superior. I have used it in baking - works great. I have tried it straight up as scrambled on the stove - delicious. I would love to use this exclusively instead of running to the store for fresh eggs, but the price point of Safecastle doesn't allow for that. Wish they could bring down the price some.
