COARSE GRIND A coarse grind is slightly finer than extra coarse and has a consistency resembling kosher salt. The grounds still appear quite chunky and are used for French press, percolators and coffee cupping brewing methods.	MEDIUM GRIND A medium grind is slightly finer than table salt or close to dry sand and similar in size to a French press grind but less chunky and will feel slightly smoother.	FINE GRIND Finely ground beans mean the coffee grinds are, well, fine, and packed more closely. Water can take longer to pass through all the grounds and, as a result, extract more of the flavor.
