How to Use:
To prepare the uncooked shrimp, just soak it in lukewarm water for 6 hours and cook, some pieces may need a little more time to rehydrate completely. We recommend rehydrating shrimp until they look like store-bought pieces.
This Peeled Shrimp is perfect for boiling, grilling, sauteing, or frying. They also can be cooked in ceviche, cocktail, stews, seafood soups, stir fry, sandwiches, sauté pan, cooked in the oven, skewered, grilled, or even broiled. It is completely up to you how you want to prepare them - the possibilities are endless. Once rehydrated, they look just like Peeled Shrimp you would get at your grocer's deli.
Storage:
Once opened, the uncooked shrimp can be stored in a Zip Lock bag with refrigeration for up to 1 year. They can also be stored in a zip lock bag without refrigeration for up to 60 days. Once they are re-hydrated, they can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
