Preparation Details:
On average, each specific serving requires approximately 1/4 cup of water.
The fruits can be eaten dry, or you can prepare them by simply adding water to create fresh fruit.
Preparation is easy: Open the pouch of food, remove the oxygen absorber, add water, allow time to rehydrate (approximately 10 minutes), and serve.
Specific instructions can be found on the back of each pouch.
I had an alternate steak sent to me, where I added lemon juice and garlic with water to rehydrate. Then tenderized and made chicken fried steak, where it’s been years so it was very good.
