Preparation Details:
On average, each specific serving requires approximately 1/4 cup of water.
The fruits can be enjoyed dry, or you can prepare them by simply adding water to enjoy fresh fruit.
Preparing is straightforward: Open the food pouch, remove the oxygen absorber, add water, allow time to rehydrate (approximately 10 minutes), and serve.
Specific instructions are provided on the back of each pouch.
I had an alternate steak sent to me, where I added lemon juice and garlic with water to rehydrate. Then tenderized and made chicken fried steak, where it’s been years so it was very good.
