Mainstay Emergency Food Rations Ingredients
Palm Oil, Sugar, Corn Starch, and Wheat Flour are blended together with a Vitamin Blend (Vitamin A Palmitate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Cholecalciferol [D3], Magnesium Phosphate, D-Calcium Pantothenate, Vitamin E Acetate, Niacinamide, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Reduced Iron, Riboflavin, Thiamine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Cyanocobalamin), Corn Syrup, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and Mixed Tocopherols (Preservative).
I've tried other egg powders and this one is by far superior. I have used it in baking - works great. I have tried it straight up as scrambled on the stove - delicious. I would love to use this exclusively instead of running to the store for fresh eggs, but the price point of Safecastle doesn't allow for that. Wish they could bring down the price some.
